Winery & Vineyards in Chalkidiki

add to favorites

The area has a continental climate with heavy winters and dry summers; some of the characteristics include heavy rain in the winter and cool summer nights, which are ideal for the vineyards.
Although the vineyard is located in a historical village between two mountains and thus offers relaxation and tranquility for those seeking it, it is not secluded and is less than 100km away from Thessaloniki.
The area offers sight-seeing opportunities as well as a number of other activities.

The project began in 2003, when the owners decided to create a 25-hectare vineyard at an altitude of 650 meters. Since then, the vineyard has been utilized in an environmentally sustainable matter and has been used to grow Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Xinomavro and other regional varieties.
At the present day, the vineyard is producing its very own vintage wine which, apart from being of high quality and unique character, has captured the attention of a number of wine lovers worldwide.

The winery currently includes:
Raw Material reception area
Vinification and bottling area
Finished products storage areas
Laboratory area
Experimental small-scale vinification area
900m2 underground wine cellar/vault with wine barrel washing equipment
Multimedia and wine-tasting room
Display area for vineyard’s wines and other local products

The estate’s wines have won Gold, Silver and Bronze medals and distinctions both in Greek and International wine competitions in Brussels, London, Monaco and Germany.
