KERDOS company was founded in 1993 in Crete at Kalyves, Apokoronas providing accounting services. In 1998, we are expanding our activities in the field of real estate and same year we start our activity as an agent of insurance services. Our collaboration with many different insurance companies as well as different insurance solutions give us the advantage of being able to cover a wide range of products. Involvement with finance and investment starts in 2000.

In 2002 we establish our branch in Chania. At the same time, the Association of Real Estate Brokers of the Prefecture of Chania (SYMENOX) was founded and we are founding members, Efi Sgouraki is a member of the Board of Directors. Since 2006 we have started banking mediation. In 2008, we become a member of the Hellenic Real Estate Association and this results in the visibility and advertising of our clients’ property throughout Greece. Nowadays, our real estate activity extends all over Greece beyond the borders of Crete.

One important year for us was in 2012 where Ms. Efi Sgouraki gets certified as a valuer and expert in real estate. This certification is included in the list of experts of the Chania Courts for accounting, brokerage, property appraisals and insurance matters.

Our many years of experience, our track record and the trust of our customers make us specialists and pioneers.

Our main goal is the continuous improvement and development of our services. At the same time, and while considering the changes taking place in the domestic and global markets, we observe, explore, and prepare for the business challenges of the future.
